FAA MOSAIC Milestone Marks a Major Step Forward for Personal Flight

The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) framework is now fully in effect for light sport electric powered-lift aircraft, establishing a defined regulatory framework and accepted technical standards for manufacturers developing qualifying two seat electric powered-lift aircraft, including aircraft such as the Doroni H1-X.

When Doroni began developing the H1-X, much of the advanced air mobility industry focused on larger commercial air taxi aircraft designed for fleet operators.
