Leading Aviation Startup and Aerospace Engineering Firm to Work Together to Complete Technical and Regulatory Milestones

DANIA BEACH, Fla. — Tuesday, September 29, 2026 —  Doroni Aerospace, a trailblazing American flying car and eVTOL company, today announced a strategic engineering partnership with TLG Aerospace, LLC, an industry-leading aerospace engineering firm based in Seattle, Washington.

The alliance combines Doroni’s cutting-edge vehicle design with TLG Aerospace’s deep engineering analysis and certification expertise to accelerate the Doroni H1-X toward full-scale production, ground testing, and FAA airworthiness alignment.

Designed for residential garage integration and intuitive everyday personal flight, the Doroni H1-X features a tandem wing architecture, fully enclosed ducted fan propulsion, and proprietary SOUL AI™ digital co-pilot system. Under the agreement, TLG Aerospace will collaborate directly with Doroni's internal engineering team on full-vehicle design, structural loads analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and flight mechanics.

Combining Visionary Air Mobility with Proven Aerospace Engineering

By combining Doroni’s vehicle platform with TLG Aerospace’s engineering capabilities—which include in-house FAA Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) specializing in flight performance and handling qualities, loads, structures, and aeroelasticity—the project establishes a rigorous analysis framework by which to guide the certification process under the MOSAIC regulatory framework. This approach validates the H1-X airframe’s strength-to-weight ratio and transition flight physics prior to major physical build phases.
