We see our competition in two main categories:

• Indirect Competitors (Air Taxis like Joby, Archer): These companies are building a different business model focused on a future transportation service. Our advantages are a significantly faster, less expensive, and de-risked path to market by focusing on the existing LSA certification pathway and selling a product directly to consumers. We are not dependent on the future construction of expensive vertiport infrastructure.

• Direct Competitors (Other Personal eVTOLs): Against other companies in our specific market, our key advantages are:

  + Strong Patent Portfolio: Our unique and efficient tandem-wing ducted-fan architecture is protected by five issued U.S. patents, creating a significant competitive moat.

  + Pragmatic Design: Our design is specifically tailored to the FAA's LSA/MOSAIC rules, ensuring a clear and efficient path to certification.
