What is the exit plan for the company?

Our primary goal is to build a profitable, self-sustaining, and world-leading company in personal air mobility. A successful exit for our early investors is a direct result of achieving this goal. The most likely exit scenarios are a strategic acquisition by a larger entity or an IPO. Both options provide the liquidity for our early shareholders to realize a return on their investment. Our focus remains on building fundamental value, which makes these exit opportunities possible. We believe that we are a good candidate for both an IPO or an acquisition by a larger company.
