Is the H1-X a street-legal flying car?

Our goal is to design the H1-X as a dedicated, fully electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, rather than a street-legal driving car. While the terms "eVTOL" and "flying car" are often used interchangeably, a true flying car is defined as a single vehicle capable of both driving on public roads and flying. The H1-X is being designed as a dedicated aircraft that is intended to be parked in a standard 2-car garage.
However, to make storage and handling exceptionally practical, the aircraft's landing gear is planned to feature an integrated electric ground-drive system. This unique system is being designed to allow you to quietly taxi at low speeds on the ground using the joystick, which is intended to make it easy to roll the aircraft directly into your garage without spinning up the main fans. While this ground-mobility feature is a key element of our "driveway-to-sky" operational model, it is being designed solely for low-speed ground taxiing, and the H1-X is not planned to be driven on public roads or highways.
