The H1-X is being designed for everyday personal use and unprecedented practicality. It is being engineered to fit comfortably inside a standard two-car garage and is planned to allow operators to take off and land vertically directly from suitable private property, such as driveways or backyards, where local regulations permit.
Our strategic focus on the personal ownership market allows us to target a faster, more capital-efficient path to market by leveraging the FAA's MOSAIC rules for Light-Sport Aircraft (LSA). This classification is expected to allow private owners to fly the H1-X with only a Sport Pilot Certificate, which is anticipated to require about 25 hours of training, rather than a traditional Private Pilot License
