Our Regulation A shares are legally transferable to anyone at any time, just like any other security without transfer restrictions. Beyond this general information, we recommend that you consult with your legal counsel, who can best advise you on the specific steps for your transfer or estate planning.

Regarding a secondary market, please be aware that securities sold in a Regulation A+ offering may be restricted and illiquid, and there is currently no active secondary market for these shares. Even though a transfer is legally permitted, it may be difficult or impossible to find a buyer, and you should be prepared to hold your investment for an indefinite period.
